Qualifying massage instructors can order evaluation copies of ADR.
60-Day Evaluation Copies: If you are a massage teacher or instructor and would like to consider ADR book for classroom use, you may request an evaluation copy via fax or e-mail. Upon completion of Evaluation form, we will send you a billed sixty-day evaluation copy for review. We will cancel the invoice on notice that an order for at least ten copies is ordered from you or your school or if you return the book before 60 day Period.
You may also phone, fax, or e-mail your request using the contact information provided below. If you are requesting an evaluation copy from outside the U.S. or Canada, please contact your local distributor.
